Wendy Farnham Ceramics

Bug Dish

I am a ceramicist working in primarily white earthenware clay.

I make a range of work including thrown jugs, bowls and mugs through to large hand pinched platters and vessels.

The decorative techniques I use are predominantly slipware and transfer patterns.

My inspirations are varied , coming from the world of nature, ancient stone circles and burial sites and 18th century English slipware.

I studied ceramics at Bath Spa University and currently work from home in a purpose built studio in our small Wiltshire village.
